Job Overview
The Manager Statistics and Data Analysis will oversee the management, analysis, and reporting of transport, traffic, and mobility data to support RTA s strategic initiatives. The role ensures the effective use of big data platforms, statistical modeling, and visualization tools to guide operational improvements and public mobility strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise data collection, review, and approval processes related to transport, traffic, and mobility systems
- Align departmental data goals with RTA s strategic objectives and regulatory standards
- Monitor and evaluate KPIs and network performance, generating actionable recommendations
- Lead initiatives to utilize big data platforms for transport planning and predictive analytics
- Coordinate data exchange and ensure compliance with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain comprehensive statistical databases and transport data publications
- Lead sector-level performance reporting and contribute to audits and evaluations
- Ensure adherence to data governance, data security, and knowledge management practices
- Contribute statistical analyses and reports for RTA s annual report and official documents

Required Skills and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Master s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a closely related discipline preferred
Experience:
