We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as the Manager of School Operations. Our school is dedicated to providing our students with a high-quality education and a positive learning experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in school operations and management and a deep commitment to creating a supportive and successful environment for our students, staff, and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operation and management of the school, including budgeting, scheduling, and facility management
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure the school's academic and operational goals are met
- Manage and coordinate all school events and activities, including parent-teacher conferences, field trips, and extracurricular programs
- Create and maintain effective communication channels with parents, staff, and community members
- Monitor and analyze data to ensure school is meeting academic and operational performance goals
- Hire, train, and evaluate staff members to maintain a high-quality and motivated team
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and effective learning environment
- Collaborate with other school leaders and district officials to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Plan and oversee the allocation of resources to support the school's academic programs and initiatives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for any issues or concerns related to school operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in school operations or administration
- Strong understanding of budgeting, facility management, and personnel management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with staff, parents, and community members
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals
- Knowledge of state and federal education laws and regulations
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Passion for education and a commitment to the success of students, staff, and the school community
