Job Description
Oversees the management and execution of all Sales & CC Consumer Domains project portfolios, supervising project launches, products, and promotion portfolios. Responsible for end-to-end delivery of all corporate consumers revenue-generating products, promotions, and services. Ensures compliance with all TDRA mandated rules and regulations related to systems, customer registration, and corporate products. Leads, develops, and monitors the execution of the corporate development Sales & CC products roadmap within IT.
Responsibilities
- Leads collaborative efforts within CIT to achieve the strategic goal of becoming the best Sales service provider.
- Works with business executives to develop product development and delivery roadmaps.
- Ensures end-to-end delivery of IT solutions by controlling schedules and fostering collaboration between IT and business departments.
- Provides guidance and support to subordinates, promoting customer-centricity, empowerment, and agile execution techniques.
- Enhances project delivery time-to-market by applying smart and agile delivery methodologies.
- Leads professionals and supports subordinates in their functions.
- Implements modern delivery techniques, such as Agile methodologies.
- Defines, develops, and monitors project control mechanisms to supervise delivery schedules, adopting best practices in project and release management.
- Provides clear direction, sets targets, prioritizes tasks, and assigns responsibilities to program managers.
- Manages product development projects across multiple IT units.
- Collaborates with corporate executives to develop delivery roadmaps for revenue-generating products, services, and promotions.
- Leads end-to-end delivery of all corporate revenue-generating products, promotions, and services.
- Addresses urgent and unplanned critical business demands and promotional responses to market competition.
- Ensures compliance with all TRA mandated rules and regulations related to systems, customer registration, and corporate products.
- Develops processes for managing and executing new corporate digital initiatives.
- Adopts and implements new techniques to maximize project agility.
- Presents project progress and strategic initiatives to corporate executives.
- Leads, coaches, and implements change management to improve team performance and quality.
- Plans and monitors the implementation of cutting-edge technologies and digital transformation programs.
- Identifies areas for improvement to enhance project delivery.
- Develops system improvements and frameworks to accelerate time-to-market for products and services.
- Defines and monitors project control mechanisms, updating plans regularly.
- Assesses project risks and initiates corrective actions.
- Sets and monitors project schedules and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensures project managers oversee design and development processes to deliver high-quality IT solutions.
- Coordinates across departments to facilitate information flow and project completion.
- Oversees the completion and delivery preparation of IT solutions.
- Manages project budgets and costs, reviewing and updating plans as needed.
- Prepares reports to support management decision-making.
- Ensures adherence to project management methodologies from initiation to delivery.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Provides leadership, sets targets, and assigns responsibilities for program and project managers.
- Maintains continuous improvement of the demand delivery process.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering with over 10 years of experience; telecom domain preferred.
- Certifications: PMP, Agile Delivery, TOGAF, COBIT.
