A leading logistics company is seeking a Sales Manager in Dubai to lead strategic initiatives and enhance sales effectiveness. 1. Lead strategic initiatives focused on operational improvements, promoting efficiency and effectiveness in all sales-related activities.
2. Regularly communicate critical updates, insights, and performance metrics to the Head of Sales, keeping them informed on progress and challenges.
3. Oversee the review of applications, inquiries, and sales pipelines. Assign tasks effectively to team members and ensure consistent follow-up to facilitate timely responses and actions.
4. Inspire and support the team to achieve sales objectives. Collaborate closely with the Sales Director to meet or exceed sales targets.
5. Engage with targeted customers, including both new and existing ones, by building strong relationships and providing them with comprehensive information to encourage them to establish or expand their operations in JAFZA.
6. Assist the Sales Director in identifying potential opportunities locally, regionally, and internationally that can attract inward investment into JAFZA.
7. Ensure diligent follow-up on all inquiries that result from advertising, trade shows, business trips, and other sources in coordination with team members, providing timely feedback and updates as needed.
8. Update and maintain comprehensive information on competitive landscapes regionally and internationally through collaboration with the team, ensuring informed strategic decisions.
9. Foster healthy relationships with team members, encouraging a positive exchange of ideas related to both individual and company performance, ensuring a cohesive working environment.
10. Provide guidance to your team, ensuring their professional growth through continuous coaching and mentoring.
11. Serve as a knowledge base for your specialization, offering insights and expertise to team members as needed.
