Job Description
Manager of Sales will be responsible for developing sales within the assigned territory, aiming to meet sales and profitability targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets, including planning for future growth.
- Maintain ongoing reporting, analyze sales and distribution data, and gather market intelligence.
- Coordinate with local distributors to develop and implement brand strategies.
- Identify and establish relationships with new distributors, agents, and retail accounts.
- Visit local markets, collaborate with distributors, and conduct staff training.
- Influence local distribution, marketing, and product strategies to increase business.
- Oversee operational marketing activities, including media, advertising, and PR, in coordination with the marketing department.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and delivery.
- Manage multiple product launches and monitor new collection introductions.
Skills & Experience
- Results-driven sales professional with a commercial background.
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar role within the watch or related industries, preferably in a distributor environment.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with management at all levels.
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Good stress management skills.
- Analytical thinking.
- Proactive, autonomous, and diligent worker.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and computer tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willing to grow and develop within the organization.
