Reporting to the Senior Manager Commercial, Global Incorporations this full-time, permanent position is based in Dubai and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact on our Global Incorporations business and its growth. This role is to develop the client base and establish and maintain long term relationship with a portfolio of clients, driving the sales revenue by cross and up-selling the services to the clients.
It is responsible for acquiring, developing and maintaining effective relationships with client by providing quality and professional service directed to their needs among services that are provided within Global Incorporations.
Working closely with various departments it will ensure client instructions and enquiries are executed / solved correctly and in a timely manner and improving the client experience by collating client feedback and identifying areas to improve
Attributes/Technical Skills:
Systematic use of commercial reporting and CRM/Salesforce is highly preferred
