Synopsis
In this role, you are accountable to lead Regional Catering Performance Teams to manage the 24 / 7 / 365 operations of both HUB and global Catering partners ensuring they are delivering all products and services as designed in a safe and Halal compliant way. Ensure all menus are delivered in compliance with GE standards and within budget. Track and measure Catering partner performance against agreed metrics providing trend development, improvement progress tracking and benefits realization and capture.
