Synopsis
Become the Trusted Advisor to your client groups, ensuring that the best fit talent is hired into their teams and that they value and embrace the service provided by Talent Acquisition. Be the Candidate Advocate for applicants to Etihad, ensuring they see Etihad as an employer of choice and have an excellent experience of recruiting and joining Etihad.
Accountabilities
- Client Engagement: Ensure a deep understanding of the client and their needs, and ensure they understand the recruiting service model and how to partner with TA.
- Lead Service Delivery: Lead service delivery to Hiring Managers to ensure the right hire is made in line with policy and best practice, in partnership with the HRBP.
- Market Know-How: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of target candidate groups and marketplace dynamics.
- Advising and Guiding: Advise hiring managers to understand and support the process, assess candidates well, and make good hiring decisions for Etihad.
- Manage Recruitment Cycle: Set and execute the Recruiting Action Plan through to New Hire Day 1, ensuring key milestones are met.
- Assessment: Ensure all candidates are assessed fairly and objectively, with holistic hiring decisions.
- Candidate Generation: Implement and maintain channels to attract top candidates, including active and passive sourcing.
- Talent Pools: Build and maintain talent pools in key areas, ensuring only motivated and qualified professionals are included.
- Employer Brand: Represent and promote Etihad as an employer of choice in key talent pools.
- Candidate Engagement: Provide candidates with an excellent experience of the recruitment process and informed decision-making.
- Self Development: Continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
Education & Experience
- Educated to Degree Level in any discipline.
- 5+ years experience recruiting in corporate environments for multinational companies (Fortune 500).
- Deep understanding of Talent Acquisition models and best practices across global recruiting, including Demand Planning, Policy and Process, Organisation, Capability, Employer Brand, Candidate Sourcing, Assessment Models, Social Media, Technology, Vendor Management.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
- Trained in Assessment Methodologies (Competencies, Psychometrics).
- Ability to engage and manage relationships with clients up to C level.
- Proven adaptability to new sectors and business models.
- Experience leading TA service delivery in high-volume, complex global environments.
- Experience recruiting across all levels, from administrative to senior roles.
- Ideally, experience in both agency and in-house recruitment environments.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
