Qualifications

Job Purpose

To lead, develop, and implement Quality, Health, Safety & Sustainability (QHSS) strategies in line with ISO standards, Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP), and international best practices. This role ensures organizational excellence and risk resilience across the sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce Quality & Excellence frameworks, policies, and operational plans.
• Manage disaster preparedness and emergency continuity programs.
• Drive SMART business objectives, KPIs, and quality performance monitoring.
• Conduct quality audits and excellence assessments.
• Support strategic planning through QA/QC documentation and quality management reviews.
• Deliver training and workshops on quality, safety, and excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on improvement initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge-sharing systems across the organization.
• Integrate safety plans with external emergency response agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quality, excellence, auditing, or related fields.
• Certified ISO Auditor and trained in EFQM / DGEP / DQA / SKGEP.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing QHSS strategies.
• Proficiency in quality management systems, auditing techniques, and lean management.
