About Wynn Al Marjan Island

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offers 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa. It is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Manager QA to join the resort’s Information Technology team.

The Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA frameworks, standards, and procedures for infrastructure and service validation.
• Lead the planning and execution of test strategies including functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
• Establish automation testing strategy and standards for cloud-based systems.
• Manage and mentor QA analysts, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and professional development.
• Coordinate resource allocation for testing activities across multiple projects and releases.
• Oversee defect tracking and resolution processes using industry-standard tools.
• Analyze test results and quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure QA processes comply with internal policies and external regulations.
• Support investigations into customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
• Work closely with infrastructure, software development, and business teams to integrate quality considerations throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with external auditors and vendors to ensure legal and contractual compliance.

About You

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in QA roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven experience in infrastructure QA, automation testing, and performance validation.
• Proficiency in QA tools (e.g., JIRA, Selenium, TestRail).
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, virtualization, and enterprise IT systems.
• Familiarity with ITIL and ISO standards is a plus.
• This is an on-site role with shift-based scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
• Participation in cross-departmental meetings and vendor reviews may be required.
