Job description

We are looking for a strategically-minded, data-driven professional to join our Communications, Public Affairs & Sustainability team. This role is ideal for someone with a consultancy or strategy background who thrives on translating vision into measurable results.

You ll be the analytical backbone of a creative and high-impact team, driving performance measurement, defining success metrics, and helping shape data-informed narratives that align with business priorities. You ll work closely with the Senior Director and team leads to ensure our work delivers tangible business value and influence.

What s on the menu?

Strategic Performance Management:
- Develop and implement frameworks to measure the impact of communications, public affairs, and sustainability initiatives.
- Define KPIs aligned with business objectives and regularly report on team performance.

Business Case Development:
- Support the creation of robust business cases for key initiatives and partnerships with regulators and key stakeholders.
- Assess cost-benefit and ROI for major campaigns, programs, or policy projects.

Insights & Analytics:
- Conduct post-campaign and program evaluations.
- Provide actionable insights through dashboards, presentations, and reports.

Stakeholder Alignment:
- Work cross-functionally with ops teams, strategy, and other business units to ensure consistent measurement standards and a clear link between function outcomes and company goals.

Strategic Counsel:
Act as a strategic advisor to the senior management by offering data-backed recommendations on focus areas, resource allocation, and team priorities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

What did we order?

6 8 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm, strategy department, or similar analytical role.

Strong understanding of communications, public policy, or ESG domains is a plus but not mandatory.

Demonstrated ability to turn data into compelling insights and narratives.

Proficient in performance frameworks (OKRs, KPIs), data visualization tools, and Excel/PowerPoint.

Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
