About the Job:

We are seeking a UAE National, Manager – Project Services to join the Architecture and Spatial Design team within Jumeirah Group & Corporate. The main responsibilities include:

• Supporting the implementation of consistent design and aesthetics across properties, ensuring alignment with brand standards and luxury guest experiences.
• Assisting with design activities, renovations, and new developments by coordinating between internal teams, designers, and contractors.
• Monitoring project budgets and resource allocations to support cost-effective execution without compromising quality or timelines.
• Contributing to planning and layout reviews to ensure functional, efficient, and brand-compliant design solutions.
• Conducting site inspections and tracking design progress to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Assisting in reporting, vendor management, and post-project reviews to refine processes and improve future outcomes.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related hospitality field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, understanding of design principles and construction processes, and experience with presentation software.
• Over 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector.
• Proven success in managing design projects from concept to completion.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, creativity, attention to detail, and team management skills.
