Job summary

BARARI NATURAL RESOURCES LLC in Dubai is looking for an experienced Landscaping Project Manager to lead projects from design through to client handover, ensuring compliance with scope, budget and timeline.

You will develop and manage budgets, coordinate landscape designers, horticulturalists and installation crews, and oversee supplier and subcontractor relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and successful project outcomes. Strong client-facing communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive project management experience in landscaping or horticulture.
• Professional certifications such as CLP or PMP are valued.

• Oversee all phases of landscaping projects from design to handover, ensuring adherence to scope, budget and timeline.

• Develop and manage project budgets including cost estimation resource allocation and tracking expenditures to ensure profitability and client satisfaction


• Lead and motivate project teams including landscape designers horticulturalists and installation crews fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment


• Source and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in project management within the landscaping or horticultural industry.

Professional certifications such as Certified Landscape Professional (CLP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly valued.

Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex landscaping projects simultaneously, from conception to completion.
