Job Description

Your key responsibilities -

You will be responsible for assisting clients in the development and implementation of strategies to advance large-scale infrastructure and other projects. You will play a key role in advising on the feasibility, structuring, funding, and closing of financing for infrastructure projects and procurements, including contract negotiation and project management.

Profiles and Skill Sets

• Individuals with a good knowledge of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), concessions, and transaction structures. Project financing knowledge, including project finance modeling, financing markets, infrastructure procurement, and delivery, will be highly valued.
• Individuals with deep industry sector experience with a track record in:
  • Value Frameworks that ensure investments are targeted effectively, balancing expenditure across asset classes, renewals, maintenance, and operations.
  • Innovation programs leading to the adoption of innovative tools, optimized processes, and agile strategies for portfolio asset management.

Priority focus areas include Renewables, Water, Rail & Road, Logistics, Urban Infrastructure, Sports & Events.

Qualifications

• A professional qualification (MBA and/or CFA) is preferred; an engineering qualification would be an advantage.
• Relevant work experience of approximately 6-8 years for managerial roles, with experience on large-scale infrastructure projects; total experience may be higher.
• Experience in a top-tier advisory firm, infrastructure service provider, developer, bank, relevant government agency, or related sector.
• Experience in structuring and financing transactions, procurements, and the commercial aspects of project documentation.
• Proven quantitative analytical capabilities and financial modeling experience are preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort in presenting to senior client personnel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Experience in Project Finance and Infrastructure Advisory management.
