Job summary

Job Objectives

Create delivery excellence across assigned project/portfolio, provide certainty and confidence to the stakeholder/project sponsor, and robust control of project scope, schedule, cost and risk. As a project manager, manage the life cycle (proposal-initiation-execution/control-closeout) of Information Corporate Technology projects.

Job Role:

  • Responsible for overall monitoring and controlling of the project and managing dependencies between the various streams.
  • Provides overall guidance, direction, motivation and focus to the project team.
  • Manages and monitors project costs, governance, and changes to scope and ensures quality.
  • Prepares the project charter, project plan and other project documentation (refer to project documentation matrix).
  • Reports progress to stakeholders and organises monthly steering committee meetings.
  • Ensures that to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost.

Job Requirements

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Project Management degree in a relevant field
  • Certified PMP from PMI or IPMA-C

Practical Experiences:

  • UAE National: 3 years in a role with PMO or project management responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, Agile practices, and technical frameworks.
  • Excellent planning, scheduling, and resource management skills.
