Job Objectives
Create delivery excellence across assigned project/portfolio, provide certainty and confidence to the stakeholder/project sponsor, and robust control of project scope, schedule, cost and risk. As a project manager, manage the life cycle (proposal-initiation-execution/control-closeout) of Information Corporate Technology projects.
Job Role:
- Responsible for overall monitoring and controlling of the project and managing dependencies between the various streams.
- Provides overall guidance, direction, motivation and focus to the project team.
- Manages and monitors project costs, governance, and changes to scope and ensures quality.
- Prepares the project charter, project plan and other project documentation (refer to project documentation matrix).
- Reports progress to stakeholders and organises monthly steering committee meetings.
- Ensures that to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost.

- Oversee quality control procedures and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Identifies project risks/issues and recommends corrective action to mitigate them.
- Responsible for validating the overall test plan, including integration and performance testing.
Job Requirements
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Project Management degree in a relevant field
- Certified PMP from PMI or IPMA-C
Practical Experiences:
- UAE National: 3 years in a role with PMO or project management responsibilities.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, Agile practices, and technical frameworks.
- Excellent planning, scheduling, and resource management skills.
