Job Overview
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for providing expertise in aftermarket product marketing development, support, and training. They will assist in developing tools, presentations, communication documents, and work instructions related to the assigned aftermarket product range to support global regional aftermarket product managers and sales.
Responsibilities
- Promote customer focus throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with NCEIG Marketing and Communications to align NCS marketing strategy with the corporate brand.
- Manage and lead the development of marketing tools, presentations, brochures, articles, press releases, etc., related to NCS products.
- Work with product managers to create strategic marketing collateral.
- Continuously improve NCS product marketing efforts.
- Align CRM data with marketing strategies for better audience targeting.
- Plan, develop, and manage integrated marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and developers to execute campaigns.
- Align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals and branding.
- Develop and execute digital content for social media platforms.
- Assist global sales, service centers, and distributors in growing market share.
- Implement aftermarket marketing strategies across the global NCS organization.
- Collaborate with market managers on product launches, communication strategies, and training materials.
- Travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Participate in technical seminars, customer events, and trade shows.
- Support QMS requirements for conformance with international, state, and federal regulations.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in business or marketing.
- At least 5 years of experience in an international manufacturing or industrial services environment.
- Experience in product or service companies, preferably in aftermarket.
- Technical experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software preferred.
- Ability to adapt to change, lead change management, and handle ambiguity and complexity.
- Knowledge of NCE&IG Group's products is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, type, and write.
- Use of standard office equipment and safety gear.
- Ability to travel globally.
