Job Overview

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for providing expertise in aftermarket product marketing development, support, and training. They will assist in developing tools, presentations, communication documents, and work instructions related to the assigned aftermarket product range to support global regional aftermarket product managers and sales.

Responsibilities
  • Promote customer focus throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with NCEIG Marketing and Communications to align NCS marketing strategy with the corporate brand.
  • Manage and lead the development of marketing tools, presentations, brochures, articles, press releases, etc., related to NCS products.
  • Collaborate with NCS Product Managers to create strategic, impactful marketing collateral.
  • Continuously improve NCS product marketing efforts.
  • Align CRM data with marketing efforts for better audience targeting.
  • Plan, develop, and manage integrated marketing campaigns to promote products, services, or brand initiatives.
  • Work with designers, content creators, and developers to execute campaigns.
  • Align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals, in line with Corporate MarComms strategy and branding.
  • Develop and execute digital content for various social media platforms.
  • Assist NCS global sales, service centers, and distributors with inputs to grow market share.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement aftermarket marketing strategies across the global NCS organization.
  • Work closely with market managers to plan and execute product launches, including communication strategies and training materials.
  • Some domestic and international travel may be required.
  • Participate in technical seminars, customer events, and trade shows as deemed necessary by the Director of Product Management.
  • Support QMS requirements to ensure conformance with international, state, and federal regulations.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate is results-oriented with proven experience in service environments leading technical aspects of product management.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in business or marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience in an international manufacturing or industrial services company.
  • Experience in product or service companies, preferably in aftermarket.
  • Technical experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is preferred.
  • Ability to seek continuous improvement, adapt to change, lead change management, and handle ambiguity and complexity.
  • Knowledge of the NCE&IG Group's products is preferred.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, type, and write.
  • Reach with hands and arms, bend, and climb as needed.
  • Use standard office equipment such as computers, smartphones, printers, photocopiers, etc.
  • Lift files and open desk drawers and filing cabinets.
  • Willingness to travel globally.
  • Complete safety training requirements and participate in other training as directed.
  • Wear Nikkiso-approved PPE as needed and instruct others to do the same.
  • Work in both office and workshop environments at company and customer sites.
