Position Overview

Mastercard seeks an experienced professional to join the EEMEA Business Product Management team, managing Learning & Innovation solutions within the Business Intelligence product suite. The role focuses on enabling customer growth through GTM of education and innovation solutions in a rapidly evolving financial services industry.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and subject matter experts to support the growth of the Business Intelligence product suite in the region, aligned with Mastercard's goals and values.

Role Responsibilities

  1. Understand the product's value proposition, target customers, pricing, and GTM strategies.
  2. Drive GTM initiatives in the region, ensuring regional needs are met, launching new initiatives, and coordinating product launches.
  3. Ensure regional product readiness, including legal/regulatory approvals and operational readiness.
  4. Drive regional product P&L, including revenue and cost targets.
  5. Manage existing initiatives and customer success metrics, such as opt-out rates, customer win-backs, engagement, upsell pipeline, and internal awareness.
  6. Execute regional communication activities, such as webinars and newsletters, collaborating with global teams and agencies.
  7. Monitor performance KPIs and measure activity effectiveness.
  8. Support expansion into new segments and manage the sales pipeline outside mandated initiatives.
  9. Ensure product relevance for the region through content prioritization, localization, and feedback collection.
  10. Align with the global product team and coordinate stakeholders across regions and functions.
  11. Support ideation for new product development.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in consulting, strategy, or product management roles.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
  • Understanding of the product lifecycle and marketing support skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with teams and senior executives.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills.
  • Proactive and capable of contributing directly.
