Focused on thinking big and scaling fast globally, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse customer base, including issuers, acquirers, and merchants. These services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.

Role Objective:
The Mastercard Consumer Acquisition & Engagement team collaborates with Mastercard's banking and merchant customers to improve customer interactions, leading to higher engagement and profitability. The Offers team manages programs like Mastercard Travel Rewards and Card linked services, offer platforms, and ecosystems. This role aims to stimulate spend, drive category expansion, and encourage repeat spending. It also involves working closely with account management, sales, and business development teams to define and implement market-wide offers programs, creating solutions with internal assets and external vendors, and managing the implementation of these solutions to ensure successful launches.
This position is responsible for Offers product management for the EEMEA division.
