Focused on thinking big and scaling fast globally, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse customer base, including issuers, acquirers, and merchants. These services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.

Role Objective:


The Mastercard Consumer Acquisition & Engagement team collaborates with Mastercard's banking and merchant customers to improve customer interactions, leading to higher engagement and profitability. The Offers team manages programs like Mastercard Travel Rewards and Card linked services, offer platforms, and ecosystems. This role aims to stimulate spend, drive category expansion, and encourage repeat spending. It also involves working closely with account management, sales, and business development teams to define and implement market-wide offers programs, creating solutions with internal assets and external vendors, and managing the implementation of these solutions to ensure successful launches.


This position is responsible for Offers product management for the EEMEA division.


Responsibilities:

  1. Drive usage and engagement on Mastercard Travel Rewards, collaborating with offer sourcing and marketing teams, and working with issuers to communicate offers effectively.
  2. Partner with leading offer aggregators in target markets to ensure readiness of personalized card-linked offers, onboarding publishers, and ensuring successful program launches.
  3. Create end-to-end loyalty offer solutions for B2B and B2C environments.
  4. Coordinate with global and regional teams to roll out new reward solutions in EEMEA.
  5. Manage local vendors, including onboarding, risk management, and billing, and identify new vendors to enhance rewards solutions.
  6. Develop proposals and business cases to improve offers propositions and accelerate go-to-market strategies.
  7. Support regional offers strategy development and collaborate with country and sales teams to bring solutions to market.
  8. Manage existing and new products daily, oversee project deliveries, and ensure cross-functional alignment.
  9. Identify and execute regional technology partnerships in collaboration with global teams.
  10. Ensure smooth delivery of card-linked services, support sales in pitches, and develop sales materials.
  11. Assist in creating and executing regional go-to-market strategies.
  12. Provide input on regional client needs and emerging use cases to global product teams.
  13. Manage regional offers partnerships to strengthen market position.

All About You


  • Bring marketing expertise at the intersection of tech, data, and campaign management to deliver scalable loyalty solutions.
  • Customer-centric, agile, insight-driven, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum 8 years in the loyalty space, including 4 years in marketing technology or product management.
  • Knowledge of loyalty strategies, marketing technologies, and vendors in the EEMEA region.
  • Ability to translate payments and merchant market knowledge into successful digital and omnichannel campaigns.
  • Experience managing marketing/media development and agency direction.
  • Expertise in designing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability to tight timelines and ambiguous situations.
  • Strategic thinker with risk and opportunity management skills.
  • Passion for data, analytics, and continuous improvement.
