As a Manager People & Culture business partner, this role involves partnering closely with our stakeholders to support their organizational needs. This position encompasses both operational and creative aspects, providing flexibility and autonomy to drive various initiatives. The role entails collaborating with four of our C-level stakeholders to execute quarterly initiatives while aligning with the operational People Team on key People initiatives.

Data Driven Mindset
Monitor health metrics across the countries supported by working closely with the Head of functions and the People & Culture Market Leads.
Country Health: Monitor country-level health using tools like Peakon, Microsoft Dynamics, PowerBI, and Tableau, while identifying risk areas and proposing solutions.
Environment Health Acquisition/Retention: Analyze acquisition and retention metrics, perform root cause analysis, and co-create solutions to enhance retention.
Compensation Health: Assess country and market dynamics impacting talent, collaborating with Market Leads and Rewards to develop business cases for pay band and benefits redesign.
Mindset/Culture: Ensure that leaders embody organizational values and integrate them into their hiring and performance practices.
Experience
Experience Optimization: Identify experience gaps and collaborate with stakeholders or People & Culture teams to bridge them.
Change Management: Develop change management strategies with the Head of Function, supporting transformation both top-down and bottom-up.
Identifying Talent Gaps: Understand organizational design and business needs to foresee long-term talent shortages and align hiring plans with business priorities.
Growth & Development
Talent Development: Collaborate on Leadership Development Plans and Succession Planning for HOF1 population.
Coach/Mentor: Act as a coach and mentor for HOF1s through a deep understanding of stakeholder challenges.
Performance Management: Assist stakeholders in designing MYR and EYR in alignment with DH/talabat guidelines.
Business Acumen
Understand the Country Vision OKRs and collaborate with HOF1 to design and drive People & Culture OKRs in alignment with country objectives.
