JOB TITLE
Manager, People & Organisation | MAF Future Solutions | Human Capital

ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven P&O Business Partner passionate about elevating organizational culture and strategy. The ideal candidate excels at collaborating with leadership, driving positive change, and bringing energy to the office while maintaining high standards and achieving key P&O objectives. The role spans multiple areas within the P&O function, such as Compensation & Benefits.

ROLE PROFILE

  1. Strategic Business Partnering: Act as a strategic partner to business leaders on people-related initiatives and engagement strategies.
  2. P&O Operations: Manage processes, programs, and policies including onboarding, offboarding, learning and development, performance management, talent management, and top talent development in collaboration with P&O COE. Foster a cultural discipline to ensure alignment with organizational values.
  3. P&O Data Management: Oversee HRIS data entry, audits, and updates to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  4. P&O Data Analytics and Insights: Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
  5. Performance Management and Talent Development: Oversee performance and talent development processes, analyze data to inform policy development, and monitor internal standards.
  6. Annual Pay and Benefits Review: Manage the annual compensation and bonus cycle, provide payroll and market pay analyses, and prepare communications and decision-making tools for management.
  7. Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues, support managers in fostering engagement based on MAF values, and coach managers on employee matters.
  8. Talent Acquisition: Oversee talent acquisition practices to recruit a high-caliber workforce, collaborating with TA COE/GS teams for both FTEs and contractors.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field; HR certifications are a plus.
  2. 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills with troubleshooting expertise.
  4. Effective communication skills, capable of tailoring messages to diverse audiences.
  5. Experience in a multinational environment is preferred.
  6. Ability to manage complex, high-volume, and sometimes contradictory information to solve problems effectively.
