Job Description
As a Partnerships Manager at talabat UAE, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing strategic partnerships across both B2B and B2C verticals. Your role will involve end-to-end project management, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring that partnerships align with business objectives, attract new customers, and strengthen talabat’s brand presence.

What’s On Your Plate?
- Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities across corporate entities, retailers, property developers, hospitality sectors, airlines, FMCG, telecom, and banking.
- Build talabat’s B2B partnership offering based on industry insights and business potential, identifying key growth opportunities.
- Maintain a continuous pipeline of strategic partners, proactively identifying revenue-generating opportunities.
- Lead partnership acquisitions through cold calling, networking, and inbound leads, aiming to build long-term strategic relationships.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Orchestrate the day-to-day execution of B2B and B2C partnership initiatives, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Work with marketing and analytics teams to amplify partnership visibility and maximize their effectiveness.
- Manage partnerships from inception to execution, ensuring operational excellence.
- Track, analyze, and refine partnership performance, ensuring financial accuracy and alignment with commercial terms.
- Provide ongoing feedback to internal and external stakeholders regarding partnership performance and process improvements.
- Support offline activations that bring talabat’s brand to life through strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with restaurant partners, chefs, and retail brands to create innovative collaborations (e.g., experiential activations) and drive brand storytelling and engagement.
Qualifications
What Did We Order?
- 6+ years of experience in B2B business development or strategic partnerships, preferably within e-commerce, tech, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record in sales and business development, successfully closing commercially viable deals.
- Experience in marketing or related fields focusing on developing strategic proposals is a plus.
- Strong project management skills, delivering large, cross-functional initiatives on time, ideally on mobile platforms or e-commerce.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset, using insights to support business cases and strategic decisions.
- Highly resourceful and solutions-oriented, able to navigate challenges and drive results with limited resources.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (both written and verbal), ensuring professional representation across internal and external engagements.
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, and proactive, thriving in fast-paced and uncertain environments.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
