We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager – Partnerships to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing corporate tie-ups, building long-term partnerships, and driving collaboration with multinational companies and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with corporations, multinational companies, and other strategic partners.

• Drive new business opportunities through corporate tie-ups and collaboration initiatives.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.

• Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with organizational goals.

• Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and networking events to promote partnerships.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree (preferably an MBA).

• Proven experience in partnership management, corporate tie-ups, or business development, ideally within the education or corporate training sector.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience working with multinational companies is highly desirable.
