Job Overview:

An opportunity has arisen for a to join as a Manager – Park Services. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Develop and implement cleanliness and sanitation strategies aligned with park operations.
• Lead, mentor, and manage park cleaning teams including third-party contractors.
• Oversee the planning and delivery of daily and periodic cleaning schedules.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain hygiene and guest experience standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, service agreements, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Plan resource allocation, budgeting, and procurement of cleaning materials and tools.
• Respond to guest and operational escalations related to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Support park events, special operations, and crisis management protocols.
• Any other duties may be reasonably requested by the Management Team

About you

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, Hospitality, or a related field
• 6–8 years of experience in facility or cleaning operations, with 3–4 years in a leadership or contractor management role in a hospitality, theme park, or large venue environment
• Expertise in sanitation protocols and cleaning standards
• Budgeting, scheduling, and contractor performance management
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Proficiency in facility management systems and audit reporting
