Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Surveillance Operations Manager to join the resort’s Surveillance team. The role focuses on identifying vulnerabilities in gaming and cash-handling areas and communicating findings to Executive Management to strengthen controls.

The position includes development of policies, oversight of technical staff, and leadership of the Surveillance operations team to ensure compliance and high performance. UAE-based role onsite.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of regulations governing casino surveillance.
• 10+ years progressive experience in Surveillance.
• Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Identify vulnerabilities in gaming and cash-handling areas and report to Executive Management.
• Develop and maintain department policies and procedures.
• Oversee technical staff and construction projects for compliance.
• Lead Surveillance operations and training programs; mentor the team.
• Act as liaison with outside entities and cover duties in leadership absence.

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Surveillance Operations Managert o join the resort’s Surveillance team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• The Surveillance Operations Manager willidentifyareas of vulnerability within gaming and cash-handling areas and then communicate those vulnerabilities to ExecutiveManagementso controls may be strengthened.
• Development and maintenance of department policies and procedures ensuring best in class strategies are applied and executed.
• Assistwith oversight of the technical staff, as directed by the VP of Surveillance.
• Assistwith oversight of construction planning and projects to ensure compliance with all regulations and property standards, as directed by the VP of Surveillance.
• Create and implement the Surveillanceoperations succession plan.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the Surveillance operations and all outside entities.
• Temporarily assume the duties of the Vice President of Surveillance or Surveillance Operations Manager in their absence.
• Responsible for the operations team within the Surveillance Division. The team’s performance,moraleand wellbeing will reflect directly on their leadership.
• Own the hiring,trainingand leadership of all management staff within the operation.
• Responsible for the advanced development of the line-level training program. They will set the strategy and direction for the Training team, ensuring the training program and materials reflect the newest strategies.
• Expected to mentor,coachand support the entire Surveillance team.
• Mustmaintaina high levelof confidentiality.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures andcomply withthe Code of Conduct. This also includes holding the team accountabletocompany policies and procedures.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Sound understanding of game protection principles.Mustunderstand all casino games, fraud techniques, and advantageplayopportunities.
• Sound understanding of gaming and financial operations, gametechnologiesand all gaming equipment.
• Sound understanding of casino mathematics.
• Sound understanding of management strategy. Familiar setting aggressive goals and motivating the team to achieve those goals.
• Strong organizational skills and must possess the ability to communicate effectively with different levels ofmanagementincluding senior executives.
• Followsinstructions andbeable to work independently as well as perform in a team environment.
• Thorough knowledge of all regulations.
• Ability to professionally read, write and speak English.
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrate 10 years of progressive experience in Surveillance
• Bachelor’sdegree is preferred.
• Majorityof work will be done in an office environment. Occasionally this role will berequiredto work in public areas of the resort or outdoors.
• Ability to stand or sit for an entire shift.
• Mustbe able to watch monitors for an entire shift.
• Must obtain a UAE driver’s license within30 daysof employment toassistin overseeing Surveillance operations in multiple locations in the area.
