Open Positions:

• Manager – Operations
  Lead branch activities, ensure service excellence, and manage team performance.
• Manager – Tours
  Develop and manage tour packages, drive partnerships, and boost business growth.
• Ticketing Executives
  Handle domestic and international bookings with proficiency in GDS platforms (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo).

Desired Candidate Profile

Manager – Operations

• Minimum 5 years of experience in travel & tourism operations (preferably in a managerial role)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of travel agency workflow and customer service standards
• Ability to set up and manage a new branch independently
• Familiar with UAE travel regulations and local market trends (preferred)
• 4–6 years of experience in planning and selling domestic & international tour packages
• Strong vendor/network connections in the tourism industry
• Ability to create customized itineraries and handle group bookings
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Exposure to Dubai/ GCC market is an added advantage

Ticketing Executives

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in airline ticketing
• Proficient in GDS platforms: Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre
• Knowledge of fare rules, reissues, refunds, and group fares
• Good communication skills and a customer-first approach
• Ability to work under pressure and manage last-minute bookings
