Job summary

MILAHI Center in the UAE seeks an experienced professional to lead operational excellence initiatives across center operations. You will drive process improvements, apply Lean or Six Sigma methodologies, and monitor KPIs to raise efficiency and service quality.

Collaborating with department heads, you will redesign workflows, remove bottlenecks, and cultivate a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operational excellence or process improvement management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong communication skills in English.
