Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing accommodations or similar facilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Urdu or Hindi preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding student accommodation.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
