Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and successful delivery of enterprise application projects across various departments.
• Manage cross-functional teams including business analysts, solution architects, application developers, and external vendors.
• Act as the primary liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and enterprise application vendors to ensure alignment on project goals and scope.
• Oversee the implementation, upgrade, and integration of enterprise systems.
• Ensure all application projects align with enterprise architecture standards and strategic IT objectives.
• Maintain and prioritize the enterprise application project portfolio and roadmap based on business needs and resource availability.
• Monitor project timelines, scope, and budget, while proactively identifying risks and leading mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design sessions with business units.
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks, including change management, documentation standards, and quality assurance practices.
• Provide regular status updates, budget reports, and post-implementation reviews to senior leadership and project sponsors.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating project delivery processes and adopting best practices in enterprise application project management.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, SaaS trends, and application lifecycle best practices to guide innovation and system optimization.
• Ensure enterprise application solutions are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet quality, compliance, and security standards.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in managing non-SAP applications.
• Strong understanding of business processes and applications enhancement.
• Experience in application integration and data management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience with project management practices is a plus.
