Beond is seeking a skilled and proactive Manager of Network, Airport IT & End-User Support to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure across airport and office operations. This is a hands-on role that ensures high availability, robust network security, and responsive support for end-users and key business systems.
You will manage enterprise networks, deliver user support across platforms, and oversee the performance of our aviation IT systems — including Zenith PSS. You will also collaborate with airport authorities, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure our IT environment supports operational efficiency and customer experience excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, administration, and support of the network infrastructure including core, access, WAN, VPN, SDWAN, internet segments, and Azure cloud environments
- Manage and support network security systems including firewalls and intrusion prevention systems (IPS)
- Administer wireless, SDWAN, and VPN infrastructure across offices and airport locations
- Ensure the data network is designed and maintained for high uptime and performance
- Evaluate, deploy, and manage tools for monitoring, measuring, and reporting on network and systems performance
- Deliver end-user support and administer Microsoft Office tools across the organisation
- Establish and maintain IT support and infrastructure at all airport and office locations; work closely with airport authorities and third-party solution providers
- Oversee the implementation, support, and performance of airport IT systems, including Zenith PSS
- Support the development of a digital workplace and ensure security and patching across end-user devices
- Oversee IT service management processes including ticketing tools and SLA reporting
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing support, development, and performance management
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MCA or equivalent qualification preferred
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE (Routing & Switching), and Microsoft 365 Administrator
- 8-10 years of experience in technology services, ideally in aviation or a related sector
- Minimum 5 years designing and managing network infrastructures (e.g., MPLS, BGP, SDWAN, SDN)
- Strong expertise in IP, Ethernet, routing and switching across LAN/WAN/data centre/cloud environments
- Experience configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex enterprise networks and infrastructure
- Proven experience in infrastructure planning, migration, and disaster recovery
- Familiarity with aviation IT systems, especially Zenith PSS, and managing IT at airports
- Experience with digital workplace setup, EUD security, antivirus, and patching
- Strong knowledge of IT service management, including ticketing systems and IT asset/procurement oversight
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
