About the Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Loyalty and Partnership Manager to join the Brand Loyalty team at Jumeirah Group Services. The main responsibilities include:

  1. Oversee the seamless execution and continuous optimization of the loyalty program to enhance member engagement.
  2. Drive the delivery of exclusive benefits for elite members across all Jumeirah properties, ensuring an exceptional experience.
  3. Identify, develop, and manage high-value global partnerships to enhance program benefits and align with guest preferences.
  4. Lead loyalty training initiatives for colleagues worldwide, developing resources, SOPs, and best practices.
  5. Collaborate with internal departments and loyalty champions across Jumeirah hotels to improve engagement and operations.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, introduce innovative enhancements, and ensure compliance and service standards are met.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in loyalty programs, guest experience, or operational roles within luxury hospitality.
  3. Strong knowledge of CRM systems, loyalty mechanics, and engagement strategies.
  4. Proven leadership in training, coaching, and leading cross-functional teams.
  5. Analytical skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
  6. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
