noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

What you'll do:
Lead monthly demand planning and capacity execution in collaboration with the operations team. Ensure optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency while achieving key performance metrics related to delivery, customer experience, and operational excellence.
Act as the primary logistics representative in cross-functional discussions, including technology integration, business performance reviews, and strategic project planning to define the future roadmap for the department.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Act as a liaison between the analytics team and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration. Understand stakeholder needs and translate them into actionable analytics projects.
Ensure country operations are run on the designated monthly budget along with designing and implementing monthly initiatives to drive team motivation and productivity, including incentive schemes and performance management programs.
Manage the audit function responsible for monthly physical, data and 5S audits. Monitor compliance with SOPs, identify material handling and safety gaps, and ensure timely implementation and closure of corrective and preventive actions.
Lead the country-level training team to build a culture of continuous learning. Develop SOP-aligned training materials and ensure all warehouse staff and delivery associates are fully trained on operational procedures.
Ensure achievement of all logistics performance targets across the supply chain. Develop and implement strategic improvement plans to enhance operational efficiency.
Serve as the key point of accountability for customer satisfaction within logistics. Oversee the resolution of complaints and develop strategies to minimize recurrence and continuously improve service levels.
Take ownership and act as the single point of contact for all new initiatives, pilots, and improvement programs within the logistics domain. Lead execution from ideation through implementation.
Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of large datasets to provide actionable insights. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data and develop robust data governance practices. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the e-commerce and supply chain industry. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in processes and methodologies and drive the adoption within the organization.
