Job Purpose
The role is to manage the IT Strategy and Planning function that develops and maintains the IT strategy, aligned with SIB business objectives, develops IT strategy execution roadmap in the form of transformation initiatives, steers the implementation of IT strategic plans and performs Research and Development for banking industries' new IT outlooks.

Technical Skills: Expertise in IT frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL), deep understanding of enterprise architecture and cloud computing strategies, proficiency in control practices and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS), experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), knowledge of banking systems, finTech, and digital transformation technologies, with domain certificates such as PMP, ITIL, TOGAF, AgilePM, SAFe or equivalent.
Interpersonal Skills: Must be a team player who leads the team from the front, strong communication and presentation skills to interact with executives and stakeholders, strategic thinker with problem-solving and analytical capabilities, adaptability to changing business and technological landscapes.
Other Qualifications
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, Relevant certifications such as CGEIT, PMP, AgilePM, SAFe, ITIL, TOGAF.
Experience: 12+ years in IT strategy, project management, and business alignment.
