National Bank of Fujairah is seeking a senior specialist to oversee the IS&T Quality Management function. The role drives the Integrated Management System, IT Controls Framework and governance across IT projects.

You will report to the Head of IT Governance and work with multiple stakeholders to ensure service quality and compliance. Required are a degree in engineering or computing, ISO 9K Lead Auditor, ITIL, COBIT and several ISO-based qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Certification in ISO 9K Lead Auditor is required or strongly preferred.
• ITIL Foundation Level may be required or preferred.
• Experience with COBIT and ISO-based governance frameworks is beneficial.
• Project management certification is desirable.

Description du poste

• Responsible for Quality Management function in the IS&T Department. Responsible for the formulation, implementation and reviewing of all Policies, Procedures in the IS&T Department.
• Implement and maintain Integrated Management System based on Industry Best Practices and Standards
• Implement and ensure the effectiveness of IT Controls Framework.
• Operation of IT Project Management Office.
• Assist Head of IT Governance in strategic matters.

Job Context

• Works under the direction of the Unit Head of IT Governance and with the various stakeholders to ensure Quality of IT Service Delivery.

Education

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Masters in Computer Applications

Certification in ISO 9K Lead Auditor

Experience and Skills

Education level (Desired/Equivalent)

• IT or Commercial Degree required
• Certification in ISO 9K Lead Auditor
• ITIL Foundation Level
• COBIT (Preferred)
• Project Management Certification (Preferred)
• ISO 20K Auditor/Lead Auditor/Consultant (Preferred)
• ISO 27K Auditor/Lead Auditor (Preferred)

Work Experience

• Minimum of 5-7 years previous IT or Business experience
• Minimum of 2-3 years as a certified Quality specialist (Preferred)
• Experience in management role (Preferred)
• Knowledge and experience in Industry best practices and standards.
