Job summary

Contango seeks an experienced Manager – Investment Consultant in Abu Dhabi to lead investment evaluation, financial modeling and business planning for real estate initiatives.

The role requires deep expertise in finance, investment analysis, and M&A, with a preference for Abu Dhabi exposure and public sector familiarity. You will present to the Investment Committee and shape long-term strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business; Master’s degree preferred.
• CFA designation is highly preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in finance, investment consulting, or M&A with real estate exposure.
• Experience in Abu Dhabi or UAE public sector is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze investment opportunities including commercial viability and strategic fit.
• Develop robust financial models and conduct valuations to support investment decisions.
• Prepare and present high‑impact Investment Committee materials and business cases.
• Support the development of long‑term strategic and business plans for new and existing investment initiatives.
• Conduct market and industry research with a focus on Abu Dhabi’s real estate sector.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across government entities, private sector partners, and internal teams to drive investment initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial analysis, feasibility studies, business planning, and investment evaluation, with a strong preference for professionals experienced in the real estate sector and top management consultancy firms, particularly within Abu Dhabi.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree in Finance, Investments, or a related discipline is preferred.
• CFA designation is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel‑based financial modeling and PowerPoint for executive‑level presentations.
• Solid understanding of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, regulatory environment, and investment landscape.
