Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Innovation Strategy Development:

1. Develop and implement the innovation strategy to achieve ADPG's vision of being the preferred provider of world-class, integrated ports, industrial zone, logistics, and maritime trade services.
2. Create a culture of innovation and build organizational capability and governance.

Project Management:

1. Manage and oversee innovation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet strategic objectives.
2. Identify and mitigate risks associated with innovation projects.

Research & Development:

1. Develop internal R&D capabilities and introduce new technologies and solutions.
2. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for innovation.

Collaboration and Networking:

1. Connect ADPG's innovation process with the global ecosystem, fostering partnerships and collaborations.
2. Work closely with other departments to ensure effective execution of innovation programs.

Training and Support:

1. Provide training and support to employees on innovation processes.
2. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and disruptive thinking.

Performance Management:

1. Use performance management systems to guide informed, effective, and responsive improvements.
2. Evaluate and exploit the potential of new technologies to support ongoing value creation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
