Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Implement the Infra Program Management Tools, Standards, Methodologies, and continuously promote their development in line with Infra's internal requirements and industry's best practices. Ensure the application of portfolio management tools and techniques.
- Set up adequate governance bodies and processes for project/program Stakeholders & Management support. Prepare the annual project roadmap. Define Key Operational and Financial KPIs in line with the Project/Program Team to be tracked.
- Provide support and coaching to senior Infra program/project Integrated Project Teams (IPT) and Executive sponsors in developing key project deliverables such as project scope, objectives, structure, and schedule, following the project management process.
- Prepare regular project reports focusing on status, issues, and risks for Project/Program Management Review (PMR) meetings, Board presentations, and other senior management forums.
- Identify and prevent decisions that conflict with project objectives. Facilitate project escalations and prepare decision and mitigation proposals. Support change management activities related to scope changes, ensuring proper procedures and impact assessments.
- Manage the portfolio management process to advise Executive Management on portfolio decisions based on company performance and KPIs.
- Support the ongoing development of Infra PMO by maintaining relationships with official Project Management Bodies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE II). Ensure the implementation and application of project management practices, including coaching and training stakeholders and executives.
- Provide coaching and project management support to staff for projects outside the direct scope of the PMO.
- Ensure Risks, Issues, and Opportunities (RIO) are effectively managed.
- Possess deep knowledge of Telco Operations, preferably with end-to-end Telco Technology processes.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in related roles with practical project management responsibilities.
- At least 7-10 years of experience within the telecommunications industry.
- Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools, standards, concepts, and mechanisms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Management, or Industrial Engineering.
