Here's your chance to step into the role of Manager - Human Resources at Dubai Holding Entertainment.

In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

  1. Act as a strategic HR partner to business units, aligning HR practices with business objectives.
  2. Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
  3. Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs and drive talent initiatives.
  4. Implement initiatives to drive employee engagement and organisational culture.
  5. Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and DHE policies across the employee lifecycle.
  6. Support talent review, succession planning, and development initiatives.
  7. Utilise HR metrics and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  8. Coordinate and deliver training, development, and onboarding programmes.
  9. Manage change initiatives and support organisational transformation efforts.

About You

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • 4 - 6 years of HR experience, preferably in large or complex organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to influence and build partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in talent management, workforce planning, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.
