The job holder will be responsible for providing strategic support to the Concept HR Head in terms of manpower planning, resource allocation, recruitment, talent development, L&D and human resource operations within the Concept
Manpower Planning & Recruitment
- Execute annual manpower acquisition plan in line with the approved bugdet for the Concept
- Ensure achievement of the recruitment targets for the Concept as per the approved manpower budget
- Ensure effective utilization of the local recruitment quota (nationalisation target)
- Decide on the priority recruitment channels for the Concept in consultation with the Concept HR Head
- Focus on all junior management hiring ( shortlisting,scheduling, interview, selection, negotiation and offer acceptance)
- Support the Concept HR Head in hiring the middle and senior management positions
Induction, Training & Development
- Execute Learning& Development initiatives for the Concept basis Training needs analysis
- Ensure smooth execution of the induction process for the new entrants ( induction training, cubicle allotment, team introduction, joining processes and formalities etc)
- Conduct monthly induction workshops and ensure end to end onboarding for new hires
- Drive the TLDP program within the Concept
Employee Relations
- Execute Employee Retention/Recognition Programmes for the Concept in discussion with the Concept HR Head
- Manage the Human Resource Information system effectively to ensure that correct and complete information is stored in the system and is used effectively for the benefit of the organization
- Enable management of employee requests throughout the employee life cycle on an on-going basis.
- Manage the employee separation process, thereby ensuring smooth exit of employee from the organization. This may include managing activities such as exit interviews, full and final settlement, etc
- Ensure safekeeping and maintenance of all employee related records
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies across the territories the Concept operates in
- Ensure compliance with statutory provisions with respect to people practices and processes and compliance to GCC Labor laws
Performance Management & Rewards
- Facilitate the performance management process in the Concept across GCC
- Ensure communication and implementation of the performance management system to enable enforcement of the same across the Concept
- Create a culture of setting goal, timely review and feedback within the Concept
- Ensure objective administration of the performance appraisal process and accuracy in feedback collation
- Ensure tracking of performance management and present reports on a regular basis to the Concept HR Head
- Support Concept HR Head by facilitating compensation review discussions by identifying high performer and high potential employees on the basis of the performance management system outcomes
- Support the Concept HR Head in increment planning, incentive allocation and policy review for the Concept
- Execute on-time disbursement of increments and incentivefor the employees in the Concept
Business Context
- Support Concept HR Head to develop a performance driven, customer-oriented culture to meet Business objectives
- Effectively partner with the business to drive important HR initiatives
People Management
- Manage and support recruitment
- Facilitate complaint resolution
- Drive the Covid vaccination program across the Concept in all territories.
- Ensure compliance to employee Health and safety at all times and effective resolution of employee grievances via the redressal system in consultation with Concept HR Head
Employee Cost Management
- Manage payroll and associated processes to ensure compliance with Concept budgets
- Monitor and manage all concept admin costs including telephone, flights, hotels, stationary, allowances etc
Change Management
- Provide strategic support to Concept HR Head for all change management activities
- Propose and execute changes/improvements to introduce best practices
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement across the Concept
- Recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation
Basic Qualification / Education / Vocational Training
Post-graduate degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources Management
Minimum Experience
8 years of experience in Human Resource ( In a generalist role , post qualification)
Specific / Relevant Experience
6 yearsexperience in a generalist HR role
