We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in banking.
In this role, your key responsibilities include
- Collaborate with Groups and related subsidiaries to gain a deep understanding of their current and future business plans in order to ensure that the people agenda is considered in and enables the business strategy.
- Support the Groups and related subsidiaries with all Human Resources business partner (HRBP) initiatives, providing them with HR guidance and insights.
- Own the assigned business unit relationship with the different HR Centers of Excellence (CoE), providing the ‘voice of the customer’ back to the respective specialist HR teams, and recommending operational improvements to internal policies and processes.
- Serve as a thought partner to the business, including subsidiaries, across all HR related topics, providing input for all key strategic discussions and challenges in order to apply best practices and guidelines.
- Implement best practices and guidelines to ensure consistency across the organization, tailored to the Groups’ needs and specific requirements such as productivity, efficiency, spans and layers improvement and critical role selection.
- Implement identified HRBP initiatives in order to achieve outcomes by key area, reporting and recommending course corrections when identified.
- Measure and monitor people outcomes and link them to business outcomes.
The ideal candidate should have the following experience:
- At least 6 years of experience in HR business partnering or generalist HR roles within the banking or financial services industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related subject
- Detail oriented Proven self- starter
- Ability to work on own initiatives
- Good writing and communication skills.
