About The Role
As a Manager HUB Operations, you will be the key point of contact for all operational and strategic responsibilities associated with the Dubai Hub Operations. You will manage an effective team to ensure the highest level of security services for Cargo, Aircraft, and Airport Terminal Operations, adhering to airline regulations, as well as state and international legislation, to facilitate the efficient functioning of the Hub Operations.

In This Role, You Will

• Manage, monitor, and assess the implementation of SOPs shared by Regulatory Affairs, making recommendations and reports related to their functionality. Ensure the team adheres to SOPs and find solutions for challenging situations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with third-party airlines for service implementation, such as Air Canada, El Al, etc., and their SOPs.
• Collaborate with AVSEC and QA teams to plan audit programs, conduct risk assessments, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and service deficiencies, promoting continuous improvement.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the Hub Operations team to meet SOPs and training requirements, fostering a trustful and respectful environment.
• Work with the Business Support manager on financial budgeting specific to Hub operations, contributing insights and planning.
• Optimize outsourced services and supervise the contingent workforce to align with organizational goals.
• Maintain operational supplies like screening machines and consumables, ensuring they meet standards.

Qualification
To be considered, you must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
• 10+ years experience in Airline, Airport, or Cargo Security
• Qualified as ICAO AVSEC Professional Manager and familiar with ICAO Quality Control Program
• Proven experience in aviation security management
• Level-headed with rational thinking, especially in threat situations
• In-depth knowledge of aviation security standards (e.g., ICAO Annexes, NCASP)
• Knowledge of IATA Security Regulations and bomb detection procedures
