Manager - HR Strategy & Employee Experience - Emiratization

The role is to lead the design and implementation of the HR strategy in alignment with overall business objectives, while driving initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, and culture. This role is pivotal in fostering a people-first environment through data-driven planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee-centric programs.

Key Accountabilities :

  • Translate organizational goals into actionable HR strategic projects by designing, launching, and managing initiatives supporting business growth, transformation, and workforce alignment.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of HR strategy projects, including project planning, stakeholder engagement, resource allocation, change communication, and outcome measurement.
  • Drive the implementation of enterprise-wide HR initiatives such as talent reviews, performance transformation, employee engagement programs, and career development frameworks in line with business objectives.
  • Develop and manage cross-functional project plans for HR programs (e.g., onboarding revamp, recognition platform launch, well-being initiatives), ensuring timely delivery, KPI tracking, and measurable business impact.
  • Implement structured feedback mechanisms (e.g., engagement surveys, exit interviews, pulse checks) and lead related action planning projects to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Introduce and operationalize employee enhancement programs and employee development tracks.
  • Execute organizational effectiveness and design interventions, including role rationalization, structure reconfiguration, and capacity-building programs, with clear project charters and success metrics.
  • Lead pilot projects to test and scale new HR solutions, tools, or technologies that elevate the employee experience or improve process efficiency.
  • Please make sure that all HR initiatives are with global and local best practices, leveraging benchmarking, external research, and internal data analytics to validate direction and outcomes.
  • Establish governance and review mechanisms to monitor the implementation, sustainability, and ROI of HR initiatives, regularly presenting outcomes to leadership.
  • Drive change and culture projects, driving communication plans, stakeholder buy-in, and behavioural shifts to support new ways of working and organization-wide adoption of HR strategies.
  • The responsibilities are not limited to the above and may include additional tasks / projects as assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements : Experience :

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–4 years in HR strategy, organizational effectiveness, or employee experience-related roles.

Education :

  • A minimum bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is required. A master’s degree in human resources is an added advantage.

Certifications :

  • Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or Employee Experience certifications (EX, EXL, Design Thinking, etc.) are highly preferred.
