Job summary

Covera Health in Dubai seeks an experienced reporting professional to own client performance narratives and translate gap analyses into executive-ready materials. You will develop scalable reporting frameworks and support growth through data-driven business cases.

Collaborate with analytics, engagement, and clinical teams to deliver actionable insights across pathologies, optimizing physician pathways and outcomes while maintaining high-quality decks and documents.

Qualifications

• Experience turning healthcare performance data into executive-facing narratives.
• Familiarity with claims-based analysis, eligibility data, and Medicare reporting.
• Ability to build pathology-level value narratives regarding clinical pathways and economics.
• Strong materials craft for building clear, credible decks and documents.
• Commercial instinct to identify expansion opportunities.
• Hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Fluency with value-based care and Medicare programs.
• Collaborative mindset to work across analytics, customer engagement, and clinical functions.
