Faststream Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a global leader in LNG infrastructure and energy solutions to identify a Manager, Global Security for their growing operations in Dubai .

This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation at the forefront of clean energy transition, where security, safety, and global risk management play a critical role in operational success.

The Role : As Manager, Global Security , you will take a leading role within the company’s Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality (HSSEQ) function. Reporting directly to the Director of Global Security, you will oversee a wide-ranging portfolio including maritime, corporate, and enterprise security , supporting global projects and operational assets.

Your role will include :

  • Supporting and maintaining ISPS Code compliance across terminals and vessels
  • Developing and implementing security programs, policies, and risk assessments
  • Managing and coordinating with a network of third-party security providers
  • Overseeing travel risk assessments and advising on security mitigation strategies
  • Conducting intelligence monitoring and advising on global geopolitical risks
  • Supporting corporate office security and contributing to wider HSSEQ objectives

What We’re Looking For :

  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in maritime, energy, or offshore security roles
  • A proven track record in security leadership, risk assessment, and compliance
  • Strong understanding of ISPS Code , maritime regulation, and international security standards
  • Experience working in dynamic, multicultural, and high-pressure environments
  • Previous exposure to Middle East operations is highly desirable
  • Strong project and program management skills
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting capabilities
