Dubai Holding is looking to hire a Manager – Fund Operations, reporting to the Senior Executive Director – Funds,at the Dubai Holding Investments office. The job holder will be responsible to support the operational and administrative activities of our Funds platform. The role holder will be exposed to a wide array of investment strategies, including private equity funds, private credit funds and hedge funds. The role holder is expected to drive strong coordination with internal teams and external service providers while being detail-oriented and proactive.

Key Accountabilities:

Capital Activity Oversight

  • Track and process capital calls, distributions, redemptions, and subscriptions across multiple underlying funds
  • Maintain accurate records of investment commitments, funding status, and liquidity schedules
  • Reconcile cash flows and maintain internal capital account models

Data & Reporting Management

  • Maintain and update fund performance, exposure, and liquidity tracking databases
  • Support quarterly reports, factsheets, and audit requests
  • Ensure timely delivery of reports to internal stakeholders

Operational Due Diligence Support

  • Review ODD reports provided by third party and provide feedback
  • Coordinate document collection and data entry for new fund investments
  • Maintain operational due diligence tracking tools
  • Interface with third-party ODD providers as needed

Trade & Settlement Oversight

  • Track and Monitor subscription/redemption timelines and ensure timely settlement
  • Liaise with custodians and fund administrators to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing

Audit, Tax & Compliance Support

  • Provide data and support for annual fund audits and tax filings
  • Maintain proper documentation and internal controls

Fund Reporting Overview

  • Coordinate with fund administrators to review and understand monthly/quarterly NAVs reporting
  • Maintain knowledge of NAV components, including management and performance fees from underlying managers and flag anomalies
  • Support reconciliation between fund administrator-reported data and internal investment records or models

Process & System Management

  • Design and improve operational workflows and controls to enhance efficiency and reduce risk
  • Lead initiatives for systems automation, data integration, and dashboard/reporting improvements
  • Maintain internal capital tracking models, waterfall calculations, and exposure monitoring tools

Who we are looking for:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in fund operations or administration — ideally within a fund of funds or multi-manager platform

Education / Professional Certifications:

  • Degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline from a recognized university

Technical Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of fund structures (LP/LLC), capital calls, and waterfall mechanics
  • Proficient in Excel and data management
