Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement inclusive learning strategies and student support services.
2. Oversee accommodations, assistive technology, and orientation programs for students with disabilities.
3. Advocate for accessibility and equity across academic and administrative departments.
4. Organize faculty/staff training and awareness events on inclusive practices.
5. Ensure compliance with accessibility regulations and report on program effectiveness.
6. Manage budgets, resources, and external funding to enhance services.
