About the role

The Training Manager, FB at Atlantis supports the Director of Food and Beverage and the Executive Chef in developing and managing learning and development programs for the Food and Beverage division to meet both individual and organizational needs. They work with, develop, and oversee a team of departmental trainers to ensure consistent and effective training across all operational departments. They promote training programs to employees, exemplify excellent customer service, and foster a positive guest relations environment. They help colleagues identify behaviors that contribute to service excellence, ensure ongoing training to meet guest expectations, and utilize effective training methods to enhance guest satisfaction skills.

About you

Candidates should have a minimum of five years of progressive experience in training within a luxury hotel adhering to FORBES standards or standalone restaurant training experience. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to deliver presentations to senior management. Experience working in a fast-paced environment is also required.
