Responsible for overseeing and managing the company&aposs vehicle fleet operations, ensuring optimal utilization, maintenance, and compliance with regulations. The Fleet Manager will supervise drivers, monitor fuel consumption, manage repairs, and implement cost-saving initiatives to maximize fleet efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily fleet operations and scheduling.
• Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate repairs, insurance claims, and routine maintenance.
• Implement fleet cost control and optimization strategies.
• Supervise drivers and provide regular performance feedback.
• Manage fleet acquisition, disposal, and renewal plans.
