About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis to join the resort’s Financial Planning & Analysis team.

The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are

1. Budgeting & Forecasting
2. Lead the annual budgeting process and develop rolling forecasts.
3. Integrate market trends and operational data into forecasting models.
4. Financial Analysis
5. Perform detailed variance analysis and identify risks and opportunities.
6. Prepare executive-level reports and presentations summarizing financial findings.
7. Strategic Support
8. Provide financial insights and recommendations for capital investments and strategic initiatives.
9. Support strategic planning efforts with scenario modeling and data-driven recommendations.
10. Team Leadership
11. Supervise and mentor financial analysts, fostering professional development.
12. Promote collaboration and continuous improvement within the FP&A team.
13. Reporting & Collaboration
14. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership.
15. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment and accuracy.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Experience in hospitality or luxury resort industry is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, ERP systems, and BI tools.
• Strategic thinking, analytical rigor, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
