Job summary

Aldar Hospitality is seeking a seasoned Manager - FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis and reporting across its hospitality portfolio in the UAE. You will provide an independent view of financial performance, challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and translate data into actionable recommendations for Executives and the Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
• Professional finance qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent.
• 7-10 years of relevant FP&A experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading budgeting, forecasting and management-reporting processes.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and executive communication skills.
• Demonstrated practical application of AI within finance or FP&A processes.
• Experience implementing automation, analytics or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Drive the annual budget, rolling forecast and five-year planning processes alongside the Corporate Director of Finance.
• Review and challenge property forecasts across revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, payroll, operating costs and CAPEX.
• Develop scenario and sensitivity analysis to support management decisions.
• Track forecast accuracy and improve the quality and consistency of financial submissions.
• Lead the monthly review of property financial performance.
• Identify the underlying drivers of variances, risks and opportunities.
• Recommend and track actions to improve EBITDA, cash flow and operating performance.
• Prepare concise monthly performance reporting for Executive Management.
• Develop the financial narrative for Board, budget and Aldar Group reporting.
• Deliver clear and insightful reporting on financial performance, forecasts, key business risks, and actionable recommendations for management.
• Partner with Asset Management, hotel operators, General Managers and Directors of Finance.
• Provide independent financial challenge and commercially focused recommendations.
• Support business cases, strategic initiatives, cost optimisation and capital-allocation decisions.
• Participate in property business reviews and performance deep dives.
• Monitor maintenance CAPEX, FF&E and project CAPEX against approved budgets and cash-flow forecasts.
• Challenge CAPEX timing, cost, prioritisation and expected financial returns.
• Support investment analysis using IRR, payback, EBITDA impact and other relevant return measures.
• Drive and support FP&A AI transformation initiatives across Aldar Hospitality.
• Identify and implement practical AI use cases across forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, scenario modelling and management commentary.
• Automate manual consolidation and recurring reporting processes.
• Develop AI-enabled dashboards and decision-support tools that improve the speed and quality of financial insight.
• Establish appropriate controls to ensure AI-generated outputs are accurate, explainable and subject to human review.
• Build AI capability across the finance team and promote adoption by operational stakeholders.

About the Role

This is an opportunity for a seasoned Manager - FP&A to join our team. In this capacity, you will lead financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis and management reporting across the Aldar Hospitality portfolio.

You will provide an independent, forward-looking view of financial performance, challenge property and operator assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and translate financial data into clear recommendations for Executive Management and the Board.

You will also drive the transformation of FP&A through artificial intelligence, automation and advanced analytics, materially improving the speed, accuracy and value of planning, forecasting and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Forecasting

• Drive the annual budget, rolling forecast and five-year planning processes alongside the Corporate Director of Finance
